Changing your mind

You have 14 days from receiving your hushpuck to let us know you’d like to cancel your order. You then have another 14 days to send it back. You don’t need to give a reason.

We’ll refund your returned items within 14 days of receiving them. Standard UK delivery is free. If you chose express delivery, the £4.99 upgrade isn’t refunded for a change-of-mind return.

Your rights if an item is faulty or not as described are separate. See GOV.UK’s guidance on returns and refunds.

This page does not limit your statutory rights.
